Networking events

The Chamber’s prime mission is to provide a networking forum for companies and individuals engaged in trade and commerce involving the UK, Canada, the EU and North America. We host our own events, such as the Doing Business in the UK conference and our UK Matters and the World business breakfasts. In addition, we regularly co-host events with other chambers and share details about outside events that may be of interest. We also provide business referrals.

BCCTC membership gives you access to discounted tickets to all events held by the European Union Chamber of Commerce of Canada and its members, a total of 26 chambers and business associations in Toronto. As well, you get discounts for select events with our partners and media partners, including The Economist, Energy and Mines, and more.

Membership Categories

Entrepreneur Member

For privately owned business with fewer than 10 employees and/or sales of less than $1,000,000; your membership admits 1 person with full member listing, whether incorporated or not. It is not transferable and includes the following benefits:

Will be introduced and receive certificate at a Pub night networking event
Will be provided the opportunity, at reasonable cost, for short presentation at a breakfast events.

$300.00 + HST = $339.00 Plus BABC Membership fee * = $30.00

Membership Categories

Personal Membership

For the individual, with personal member listing. Not transferable. Will receive certificate and be introduced at a Pub night networking event.

Sponsor Member

Includes the following benefits:

Can have six national representatives
Will receive reduced rates on BCCTC events and any events by The European Union Chamber of Commerce of Canada (EUCCAN, formerly EUCOCIT) all European Bilateral chambers who are members of EUCCAN.
Will receive (1) opportunity to provide a Speaker at an event of their choice
Will receive a Membership Certificate and be introduced at a Pub night networking event
Corporate logo posted on web page
Will be able to send 2 email blasts (through the BCCTC) to the BCCTC mailing list, as a “Member Advisory” email blast. With the opportunity to buy more if desired.
Will be able to be the sponsor of one Pub Night at no additional cost
Will receive Premium Rates for exposure at the Christmas Lunch, Golf Tournament, breakfast/lunch meetings and Pub nights, with the exception of those (pub nights) exclusively sponsored.

You are an individual 40 years old and under, on your first year in Canada. It includes a personal member listing, is not transferable. You will receive a certificate and be introduced at a Pub night networking event. Note: this membership is only available for your first year of membership.

Non-Resident Member

For privately owned business outside of Canada and with fewer than 10 employees and/or sales of less than $1,000,000; your membership admits 1 person with full member listing, whether incorporated or not. It is not transferable and includes the following benefits:

Senior Membership

Gives you full nominated member listing. This membership is not transferable and you will receive certificate and be introduced at a Pub night networking event.
